Stranded 1.3, bug fixed + UI tweaks

Hey ! Another quick update to keep you posted on the new version !

I've made a small 1.2 version, but it was some pretty minor bugfixes.

The nasty game breaking bug has been identified by Doot, many many thanks ! It's now fixed.

Also revamped a bit the thirst/hunger/sanity ui and the crafting menu.
